Black Stars returnee on the scores for Chinese club Tianjin Teda

Frank Acheampong scores to help his side beat Guizhou Zhicheng in the Chinese Super League.

Ghanaian forward Frank Acheampong has proven his mettle once again in the Chinese Super League.

Acheampong looks to be helping his side Tianjin Teda get out of relegation.

Tianjin Teda won against Guizhou Zhicheng by 3-1 and Frank Acheampong improved on his scoring form by scoring his side’s 2nd goal in the 80th minute.

Senegalese striker Mbaye Diagne initially got on the score sheet for Teda in the 61st minute.

Acheampong has featured in 8 games for the side since he joined the Tianjin based side since he joined.

The former u-20 winger has scored a brace over the weekend and him scoring today made it 3 goals in 2 games.

Acheampong has made it back into Ghana squad to face Uganda in Kampala. Acheampong was left out in the team which faced Congo in the double header.
